For premium brand BBQs, including both cart and built-in models requiring electrical diagnostics and repairs, we’ll dispatch a certified technician to assess your BBQ onsite. They will identify any issues, including electrical components, and determine the necessary parts for repair. After the assessment, a detailed report will be sent to our office, allowing us to provide you with an accurate and transparent repair estimate.

Our repair team will find the part that you need from our inventory and send you an estimate for the repair. We’re pretty fast but depending on the time of year it might take up to 48 hours to get a reply.

Once you’ve accepted the estimate. Our service department will contact you to set up a preferred time and date for the delivery and installation. If you don’t need the part installed… NO PROBLEMO… We can ship it to you.
